DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
At this stage, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are actively exploring options to expand our delivery services beyond the UAE. Stay tuned for updates as we work towards offering shipping to more destinations in the future!
DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM GIFT SETS?
Absolutely! We love creating personalized gift sets. If you're interested, please get in touch with us via email to discuss your preferences and options. We'll work with you to craft the perfect set for any occasion!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We will gladly replace any items that are damaged during delivery. However, if the jars are damaged due to negligence or deliberate actions, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
Please note that we do not provide refunds. In the case of a damaged package, we will replace the product after a review process. Simply send a photo of the damaged item to info@candleandcrete.ae, and our quality department will verify and process your claim.
